As a charity, we receive no public funding and our future is entirely dependent on ticket sales and fundraising.

From emerging singers and directors to new compositions and our wide reaching education programmes, our mission is clear: to provide professional experience, training and educational opportunities for artists who represent opera’s future.

We are proud champions of the repertory ensemble model - a way of working that puts the ensemble at the heart of everything we do, and guarantees a period of work with enhanced repertoire learning and performance opportunities for each singer. This model fosters long-term professional development, job security and collaborative artistry.
